Wondering what to do with all your leftover fruits and vegetables at the end of the week? Juice it! We have found that kids and adults alike are enjoying the juices. We hope your family will as well.
Take all the remaining fruits and vegetables from your refrigerator that are still fresh and put them in a juicer, advises fellow CSA members Danny G. and Yael T. Be sure to add something sweet like apples, oranges or any fruit.

Carrot-Apple-Parsley-Beet-Orange 2 medium Carrots, 1-1/2 Granny Smith Apples, 1 medium Red Beet, 1 naval orange and a small handful (1/2 ounce) parsley |
