We will start the tour promptly at 9:40AM.
Join us as we walk through the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market, the premium farmers market in Southern California. The finest restaurants purchase their produce here on Wednesdays. We will learn where to get your lamb and other meat. Who has the finest lettuce and who has the best prices? It will be a culinary adventure tour for 2 hours by Yael Tenenbaum. We will learn where to get your Marzipan. Where pastry chef Sherry Yard, of Spago and Cut, gets her strawberries for her famous ice cream. Where to get the best array of mushrooms, inexpensive Oregon Truffles and duck eggs. We will visit our very own CSA supplier McGrath Family Farms! These are a few of the highlights of the tour.
