Tropical Blend Popsicles

Popsicles are a great treat for kids and are super easy to make.  This is my healthy version.  You can use virtually any fruit.  If you kids like a thicker consistency use Greek yogurt, for a thinner texture use regular.  Make sure that the fruit you use is sweet.  If you choose to use frozen fruit, always make sure that there is no added sugar. If you don’t have Popsicle molds, you can use a Dixie cup and peel it off after it has frozen.

Ingredients:
1 lime
3 cups plain yogurt
1 cup fresh fruit or organic frozen fruit (Pineapple, banana, mango and strawberries)
Directions:
In a blender mix the yogurt, frozen fruit and the juice from a lime. Pour in to Popsicle molds (or Dixie cups) and add the sticks.
Place in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
