This juice comes from Natalia Rose’s book The Raw Food Detox Diet.
If you do only one juice … this is it! It’s simply delicious, refreshing, hydrating, and filled with vitamins, nutrients, electrolytes, and minerals.
Put the following ingredients in a juicer:
lemon (one – with skin)
fuji apple (one – with skin)
ginger (one inch or more depending on your spice-meter, also with skin)
You can add more dark greens if you like such as spinach, parsley, dandelion greens, etc.
For more kick, add a shot of 4copas (the world’s only certified organic tequila! Kidding (about adding it. It really is organic.)
